This app empowers portal users external users without full system access to submit expenses directly through the website. It simplifies the expense reporting process by enabling users to create expense entries effortlessly. Additionally, all submitted expense sheets are conveniently displayed under the "My Account" section of the portal, providing a clear and organized view of expense records.

Main Features:

  • Allows portal users to submit expenses and view expense sheets from the website portal.
  • Portal users, who are designated as employees but do not have full system access, can create and submit expense reports directly from the "My Account" section of the portal. This feature allows external users to manage their expenses efficiently without requiring access to the full Odoo backend.
  • There's no need to create full system users if you only use the Expense module for managing expenses for all employees. Portal users can submit expenses and view expense sheets directly from the website portal.
  • You can create portal users and link them to employee records. Employees can then log in as portal users to create and submit expenses directly from the portal.
  • Allows you to display expense sheets and individual expenses under the "My Account" section on the portal.
  • Fully mobile-responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.
