Equipment Request for Support Ticket
This app allows helpdesk users / technicians to make requests for equipment to the department for helpdesk tickets they are working.
Main Features:
- Allow your Support Team / Technician / Support User to request for equipment / assets for the support ticket they are working.
- They can request multiple equipment(s) on the same equipment request.
- Allow them to see equipment requests & tickets on equipment form as smart buttons as shown.
- Allow users to see all equipment which are related helpdesk support tickets.
- Equipment request workflow:
- Draft -> Confirmed -> Equipment Received -> Equipment Returned.
- Equipment requests allow the user to select a ticket number as shown on screenshot.
- Compatible only for Odoo community edition.
