Helpdesk Ticket Responsible by Stages in Odoo

Only for Odoo Enterprise Edition.

This module will allow you to configure Team form for Responsible by Stages with Responsible User and Group on Helpdesk Team for that stage. System will automatically update/change responsible users once the helpdesk ticket will come into a specific stage.

• This module will allow helpdesk managers to configure teams with add possibilities to setting Responsible users on every stage so using it system will automatically update responsible users while moving into that stage.
• Also it allows helpdesk managers to set groups on team form so that it won't allow someone outside that group who does not have access to that group and try to move to that stage. Basically it will help to restrict movement of stages so only specific group users can only move tickets into that stage based on your configuration.
• Please note that if any team which is not configured on Responsibility By Stages then our app won't do anything for that stage and will follow Odoo default behaviour.
