This app allows your helpdesk team to close tickets from list view of tickets and also allow you to update ticket responsible and helpdesk team.

Main Features:

  • Allow you to close tickets from the list view of tickets as shown below.
  • Allow you to update the ticket responsible and team of tickets for selected tickets from the list view. Please note that if you keep the team empty and select the responsible user only on wizard then the system will not update the team on ticket.
  • This app is depends on Odoo standard helpdesk module of odoo enterprise edition.
