This app enables you to create an analytic budget from a job cost sheet by organizing and inputting material, labour and overhead costs. If an existing analytic budget is in draft form for the job cost sheet, the system will update it to incorporate new job costing lines for material, labour and overhead. If the analytic budget is in an open state for the job cost sheet, the system will create new job costing lines for material, labour and overhead.

This app empowers project managers to create an analytic budget directly from a job cost sheet by organizing and inputting department and internal settings for material, labour and overhead lines. The system assigns a project to the budget based on the cost sheet line, allowing users to efficiently manage costs across various project aspects.
If an analytic budget exists for the job cost sheet, the system will automatically append the newly added job cost lines for material, labour and overhead to the existing budget. If no analytic budget is found, the system will create a new budget and set the job cost sheet reference for the newly added lines, ensuring seamless budget management.
The Budget Smart Button on the Job Cost Sheet provides a simple way for users to view and manage the associated budget, offering quick access to detailed financial information for the project.
