When an opportunity reaches a stage where the flag is enabled, the application automatically generates a project linked to the corresponding CRM opportunity, ensuring real-time creation and enhancing workflow efficiency by accurately tracking the project from the moment the opportunity progresses.

Main Features:

  • Project Creation Based on CRM Stage This application enables automatic project creation directly from the CRM system. Once an opportunity reaches a specific stage, a Boolean field labeled "Create Project" is checked. As soon as the opportunity reaches that stage, the application triggers the creation of a project and links it to the CRM opportunity.
  • Pre-Stage Notification Before the CRM opportunity progresses to the stage where the project is created, users will receive a notification alerting them that a project will be created in the next stage. This ensures users are informed and prepared for the upcoming action.
  • Group Access Configuration for Project Creation It's essential to select a specific group access setting in the applications configuration. If the group is not selected, an access error will occur when attempting to create the project. When the group is properly selected, the project is successfully created and associated with the CRM opportunity without any issues.
  • Integration between CRM and Project The project is automatically created and linked to the CRM opportunity, ensuring seamless Integration between the two systems. This eliminates the need for manual entry, reduces errors, and enhances efficiency in the project management process.
