Leave Time Off Notification to Customers and Substitutes
This module allows you to send email to your Substitutes and Customers for your Leave / Time off periods.
Main Features:
- When an employee confirms a leave / Time Off request it will send an email to the HR Manager and Department Manager.
- Employees are allowed to select Substitutes, Projects, Tasks (Employee is working with). Using this information system will send emails once leave will be approved by the HR Manager.
- Employees are allowed to select max 4 Substitutes to inform them and ask them to take care of his work.
- Employees are allowed to select max 4 Projects and based on that selection system will send notification to Customers of that project about employees not availability.
- Employee allow to select max 4 Tasks and based on that selection system will send notification to Customers of that Tasks about employees not availability.
