Structured Project Scope of Work in Odoo
This module is integrated with the Odoo Project module to provide complete Scope of Work management for projects. On the Project form, it introduces a Milestone/Timeline tab where users can define the project execution in multiple phases, including fields such as Phase, Description, From, and To dates. This allows users to structure the project timeline effectively and ensures clarity in phase wise project planning.
Additionally, a Roles and Responsibilities tab is provided, where users can define various Roles, assign Responsible users, and specify their respective Responsibilities. When creating a Scope of Work and selecting a project, the system automatically displays all associated Tasks and their Deadlines under Deliverables. It also auto populates the project Milestones and Role Responsibility mappings based on the selected project, streamlining the scoping process and ensuring consistency across project planning and execution.
This module provides a comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) management solution tightly integrated with the Odoo Project module. It enables complete visibility and control over project phases, responsibilities, and deliverables.
* Milestones & Timeline Planning
** A dedicated "Milestone/Timeline" tab is available on the Project form.
** Users can define how the project will be completed in multiple phases.
** Fields include: Phase, Description, From, and To dates.

** Includes a "Roles and Responsibilities" tab on the Project form.
** Allows assignment of various Roles, Responsible users, and definition of Responsibilities.

** When creating a Scope of Work and selecting a Project:
*** Displays all related Tasks and Deadlines in the Deliverables section.
*** Auto fills Milestones and Roles & Responsibilities from the selected project.
* Communication & Documentation
** "Send by Email" button to share Scope of Work details with the customer.
** Generate a printable PDF Report of the Scope of Work.
* Digital Signatures & Portal Access
** Signature tab for both Project Manager and Customer to digitally sign.
** Customer capabilities via the Odoo Portal:
