This app enables your project team to efficiently create and manage issues or bugs related to project tasks. It provides a centralized system for tracking, organizing, and resolving project specific issues, ensuring smoother task execution and improved project quality.
Main Features:
- Integrated Issue Creation from Projects and Tasks
- A Create Issue button is available on both the Task Form (Odoo Standard) and the Project Form, working similarly across both views. It opens a shared Create Issue Wizard that automatically links the created issue to the selected Project and/or Task.
- Centralized Issue Type Management
- The Issue Type menu provides a dedicated configuration area for managing different types of issues such as Bug, Feature Request, Improvement, and more. It includes both List and Form Views for easy creation and management of issue types.
- Smart Navigation with Smart Buttons
- Smart Buttons for Issues are available on the Project Kanban View (Odoo Standard), Project Form View, and Task Kanban View and Task Form. These buttons provide quick access to all issues related to a specific Project or Task, enhancing navigation and issue tracking efficiency.
- Issue Management Interface (Backend)
- The All Issues menu provides centralized access to view and manage issues across all projects. It opens a comprehensive List View displaying all recorded issues for easy tracking and filtering.
- Create Issue Wizard Unified wizard for both task level and project level issue creation
- The Create Issue Wizard is a unified interface used for creating issues at both the task level and project level. It streamlines the issue creation process by automatically linking the issue to the selected Task or Project.
- Portal Features for Customers
- The Tasks menu (Odoo Standard) allows portal users to view project tasks assigned to them. Within each task, a Create Issue button is available, enabling portal users to access the Submit Issue Form.
- The Submit Issue Form lets portal users submit issues directly related to a task, and upon successful submission, they are redirected to a Thank You page. Additionally, an Issues menu under My Account allows portal users to track all the issues they have submitted.
