Remove and Modify Attachment Restriction to Users

Restrict User to Delete and Update Attachments Odoo App

This app allows your user to restrict deleting attachments as well as edit attachments if the user comes into the groups created by the system.

• The system has created two new groups called Restrict Attachment(s) Removal and Restrict Attachment(s) Update that you can find on user settings as shown. And if a user is assigned these groups then the user can not delete any attachments in the system as well the user can not edit them.
• If the user is not a member of the group then they can do all operations as per Odoo standard access rights.
• Below fields are not allow to edit:
• Name
• Type
• File Content (base64)
• Url
• Company
• Is public document
• Description
