This application allows users to easily manage your tasks, materials, labor, and overhead—all in one place! This application helps you streamline cost tracking, improve costing management, and gain better control over project and task expenses.

Basically, it allows you to prepare a plan for your material, labour, and overhead cost for your project task.

Your project manager can plan your task related material cost, labour cost, and overhead costs on the task.

It can also give you actual costs based on your purchase order and timesheets so you can see what was planning costs and what is your actual cost for labour, material, and overheads related to your project task and job order.

Main Features:

  • Material Usage Tracking:
  • Easily see what materials are used for each task and compare it with what was planned. This helps you avoid waste and stay on budget. This is a manual entry tab so you have to enter it manually what materials are being consumes for this job orders.
  • Material Tracking:
  • Keep a simple, organized list of materials for each task, so you always know what you have and can easily find what you need.
  • Labor Tracking:
  • Keep track of how many hours employees work and the costs involved, making it easier to manage your team.
  • Overhead Tracking:

  • A Job Order field has been added to the Purchase Order Line, so you can link purchases directly to specific tasks. This makes it easier to track material costs and make sure the items you buy fit the needs of the job.
